Why Now?
The world’s biggest systems still underestimate the wisdom and passion of minoritised leaders.Courage, not credentials, is what shifts culture.The world needs new leaders to forge different paths for us to be in a proper global community.
But really?
We exist to centre the voices of those historically marginalised in leadership spaces and to equip them with the courage, calm and tools to lead change.We will help 1,000 leaders rise, from surviving systems that weren’t built for them to shaping new ones grounded in courage, clarity, and truth.The team already has a huge track record of supporting leaders globally and for organisations like Arup, International Rescue Committee, Tetra Tech to name a few.
Not another leadership programme
We need to remember in our history, our ancestral power and take a mindset of how we affect not just now, but three generations to come.We need to realise that we've been disempowered in many subtle ways and find a deeper level of power. Colonisation runs deep.
